A candidate who has passed B.Com/BBA/BBM approved by M G University with a minimum of 45% is eligible to pursue the M.Com Programme on online mode. Relaxation in percentage is allowed for SC/ST, OEC, SEBC and Physically challenged students as prescribed by the University from time to time.

Kerala Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe Category:
The minimum requirement for admission to UG/PG programmes is a pass in the qualifying examination for the Kerala Scheduled caste /Scheduled tribe category.
Kerala SEBC Category:
A relaxation of 3% marks in the qualifying examination from the prescribed minimum is allowed
Kerala OEC Category:
A relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying examination from the prescribed minimum is allowed
Persons with Disability category:
The minimum requirement for admission to UG/PG programmes is a pass in the qualifying examination for the Persons with Disability category.

The candidate can apply for the programme online (link to “Apply Now’’ or “Application process workflow”). Go through the above said Workflow to avoid making errors in your application. Once the admission is confirmed, Mahatma Gandhi University will intimate the candidate via email and/or SMS.
No, final year/semester students are not eligible to apply for the online programmes at this time. The portal has been designed to allow only students who have the necessary credentials and qualifications to proceed with the application process. This ensures that applicants meet the required academic criteria before submitting their application.
If you have already submitted your application and need to make changes, you can request a correction by emailing mguonline@mgu.ac.in with relevant supporting documents.
If the submitted application is found incomplete or defective in any manner, the University will contact the candidate intimating the error. The candidates themselves can correct the mistakes through the admission portal within a given time.
Students have to fill in all necessary information and submit necessary academic and identification documents substantiating their application as specified in detail in the prospectus. Soft copy of all mentioned documents shall be uploaded to the application portal.

Yes, International Students as well as Indian students with foreign qualifying degrees can apply. Admission of such students will be confirmed only after the verification of their qualifying certificates.

- For UG programmes, your registration will be valid for 8 years, from the date of admission.
- For PG programmes, your registration will be valid for 4 years, from the date of admission.

Cancellation of admission will be granted by the university on request subject to approval from the competent authority however the fees remitted will not be refunded.
